COERR Kanchanaburi Organized Broom Making to Camp-based Refugee Staff
in Ban Don Yang Temporary Shelter

   On August 5, 2021, COERR Kanchanaburi Program Officer organized Broom Making Skills for 6 COERR Camp-based refugee staff (CBRS) consisting of 5 females and 1 male. The objective was to provide this skill to CBRS and have them hold further training to youth in Ban Don Yang Temporary Shelter, Sangkhlaburi district of Kanchanaburi Province so that they could acquire skill that might enable them to earn for their living.

   Then, on August 17, 2021, these 6 Camp-based refugee staff organized a skill training in broom making to the youth in Ban Don Yang. Due to the social distancing measure, only 10 youth of 6 females and 4 males were allowed to attend the training and acquire skills in making good products that should become their income generation activity in the future.
